What Youll Do: Lead Regional Data Engineering: Manage and mentor teams across LATAM, fostering innovation, growth, and consistent technical excellence. Own Technical Delivery: Oversee endtoend solution delivery for strategic accounts, ensuring highquality, scalable Snowflake and cloud data platforms. Drive Strategy & Growth: Partner with Sales and executive stakeholders to identify opportunities, expand services, and deliver longterm customer value. Be a Trusted Advisor: Provide clear, actionable guidance on modern data architectures, cloud-native patterns, and platform maturity. Required Experience: 10 years as a handson Solutions Architect or Data Engineering leader. 2 years consulting leadership with external clients. Expertise designing and delivering production-grade solutions across Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP, or Databricks. Strong Python, SQL, and experience building scalable pipelines and integrations Demonstrated success managing Data Engineers and Solution Architects across distributed teams Prior Revenue Generation experience for Enterprise clients.
