Team Overview:
Our team is responsible for credit card back end operation including fraud detection, investigation KYC Manual review
Role Responsibilities:
- Establish the Operations Center from scratch
- Manage the operations team that covers all responsibilities including Fraud Detection, Investigation, KYC.
- Lead an on-site team of hundreds of people
Role Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience managing operations teams, and at least 3-5 years of working experience related to KYC
- Understand the market's fraud types and solutions
- Experience managing at least 100 people
- Advanced English level
