SAP SuccessFactors Consultant Job Description
This role involves delivering functional and technical components of SAP SuccessFactors modules. Key responsibilities include:
* Documenting functional and/or technical requirements as an input to application design.
* Writing and presenting detailed functional specifications to gather business requirements and drive workshops.
* Translating business requirements into solution design aligning with a global template and in compliance with SuccessFactors leading practices.
* Configuring the system in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook / Business Blueprint.
* Validating development during qualification tests.
The ideal candidate will have:
* 15+ years of IT experience.
* 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
* Fluent English language skills.
* Experience supporting multi-country global rollouts.
* At least 2 end-to-end SuccessFactors implementation and support experiences.
