Marketing Automation Engineer
Our client is a leading provider of innovative solutions in the insurance industry. As a Marketing Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in architecting and maintaining scalable MarTech solutions.
Job Description
The team is responsible for designing and implementing data pipelines between Snowflake, Segment CDP, Braze, and other SaaS platforms. Key responsibilities include:
* Design and maintain data pipelines between Snowflake, Segment CDP, Braze, and additional platforms
* Implement real-time and batch data ingestion strategies
* Manage customer event tracking and identity resolution within Segment
* Orchestrate personalized marketing campaigns in Braze using dynamic segmentation and behavioral triggers
* Ensure data integrity and feedback loops from Braze back into Snowflake via Segment
* Automate data transformations and enrichment using scripting languages
* Monitor system performance and troubleshoot integration issues across platforms
Requirements
4 to 6 years of experience in IT environments with a strong focus on MarTech architecture.
Familiarity with insurance industry data and customer lifecycle models is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT, Data Science, Software Engineering.
Fluency in English.
