Job Description
To drive business growth, we are seeking a skilled Business Technical Service Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing expert technical support.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and expectations.
* Evaluate client business requirements and guide them in utilizing standard solutions while maximizing revenue.
* Convert client business requirements into detailed technical specifications and present them internally and externally.
* Gain knowledge of critical business impact issues from the Service Desk and assist with documents and maintenance to client system environments.
* Participate in release management between Service Desk, Compliance, and Project teams to ensure code releases do not negatively impact client operations.
* Take part in executing simple project/development work plans and revise them as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.
Requirements
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
* Experience: Solid experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development; previous experience consulting with clients to meet business needs.
* Skills: Experience in requirements gathering, technical design, and technical presentation; advanced English level for speaking, listening, and writing.
