Job Summary
Supports go-to-market initiatives, and sales execution as a subject matter expert for Backhoe Loaders (BHL) covering primarily Brazil, Paraguay and Uruguay, but supporting all Latin America BHL requirements as required.
What You Will Do (but Not Limited To)
Providing product application expertise at point of sale or by delivering various types of product training including applied technology, job efficiency, and safety to customers, company and dealers' sales personnel.
Conduct product performance studies, assess customer job sites efficiency, collecting product and customer requirements in order to create input for product improvement process and new product introduction program.
Manages and owns regional pricelists, training content and marketing materials.
Support tradeshows and customer/dealer facing activities, visits and events.
Collect and document regional Voice of Customer (VOC) to influence future product development and design
Support the regional Industry Team and Dealers to help make BHLs easy to sell! Support tender submissions.
Ability to extract and communicate the value of products and solutions to customers and dealers alike.

Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
Technical Excellence: Knowledge of a given technology and various application methods; ability to develop and provide solutions to significant technical challenges.
Basic Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed.
Pre-Advanced English.
Top Candidates Will Also Have
Hands-on experience with off-highway or industrial machine.
Pre-advanced Spanish.
Proficiency in data analytics tools.
Additional Information
Up to 25% travel is required (domestic and international).
Note: This position requires the candidate to work on-site five days a week.
