 
        
        Job Title: ServiceNow IT Specialist
We are seeking a skilled professional to support and enhance our ServiceNow environment.
This position requires a candidate with deep knowledge of ITSM processes, CMDB, Discovery, Integrations, and related modules.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Develop and maintain ITSM workflows and modules.
 * Perform platform administration tasks including user management, roles, and permissions.
 * Assist in integrations and customizations as needed.
 * Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
 * Participate in testing and deployment activities.
 * Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.
 * Maintain documentation for development and configuration.
Required Experience & Skills:
 * 3-5 years of ServiceNow development experience with ITSM focus.
 * Experience with platform administration and configuration.
 * Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
 * Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 * Ability to establish strong relationships internally and externally.
 * Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
