The Head of Sales Operations will lead and execute consistent sales methods, process, and tools for the sales team. He/she will lead the country monthly sales operating rhythm process, tools. He/she will oversee the sales information dashboard and sales efficiency through sales routes efficiency and routines. Sales operations will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our sales operations and processes, helping to maximize revenue and profitability. He/she is also responsible for deploying and control the merchandising team alongside with the third-party agency.Top Accountabilities1. Operating Discipline: Oversees the annual sales planning process and monthly operating rhythm.
- Manages/Develops a standardized Sales/Customer Calendar, Annual Account Planning Cadence, and Monthly Selling Operating Imperatives for the Business Segment.
- Omni Metrics & KPIs: Collaborates with the customer marketing on the required metrics and KPIs to run an omni business. Actively manages tracking of sales metrics / KPIs.
- Ensures that all sales teams are aligned and working towards common goals. Manages the sales dashboard and market communications, ensuring that all stakeholders are up-to-date on sales performance and market trends2. Sales Policy procedures and Administration.
- Coordinates the development and maintenance of centralized selling resources, contract process management, any/all sales/customer distribution list and collateral (i.E. customer contact list, customer calendar, pricing files, sales policies).
- Enforce sales policies and procedures, including new customer setup and customer-specific SKUs.3. Drive sales efficiency and cost to serve.
- Identify and implement sales process improvements and best practices. Measures sales team efficiency in terms of their sales routes, lines productivity, and cost to serve.
- Develop and maintain sales tools and frameworks, such as sales playbooks, templates, and training materials, to support the sales team in achieving their targets.4. Deploy and control One Newell merchandisers resources, ensuring that they are aligned with sales objectives and delivering maximum value in store execution.
- Set end constantly review the stores and customers which will have a merchandising support.
- Responsible for merchandiser training, KPI’s and performance in conjunction with the agency.
- Lead third party agency service level, commercial agreement, and investment.Experience & Qualifications Required
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving sales efficiency and cost to serve improvements.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with sales processes and tools, including CRM systems and sales automation tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent project management and ability to prioritize.
- Detail-oriented with passion for driving sales efficiency and cost to serve.
- Experience managing third parties, contracts, and legal agreements.
