What You'll Do:
Responsible for analyzing and formulating the expansion and operation plans for Brazil, addressing key supply-side issues of concern to management, and collaborating with relevant teams to align understanding and strategies;
Delve into the physical world to establish a comprehensive understanding of the local market, helping the business to clearly see the current state of restaurant supply in new markets (quantity, structure, profit/loss, etc.) and identify business opportunities;
Undertake other supply-side issues, conduct targeted thematic analysis, and provide data and strategy support for business decision-making.
What We Need From You:
Advanced proficiency in English and Portuguese;
Extensive work experience in business analysis and data analysis; experience in supply-side analysis and research is a plus;
Strong business acumen, with structured thinking and excellent research abilities, capable of deconstructing complex and ambiguous issues, conducting quantitative and qualitative verification, and proficient in data tools like SQL;
Quick learning ability, strong curiosity, and self-drive are important pluses;
Strong communication skills with experience in collaborating with various parties to advance projects;
Open-minded and willing to accept assignments in other countries.
