**Job Role Summary**:
Function as the primary interface between business lines/services lines and IT teams
Ensure system controls are in place and maintained
Support business lines and services lines in operational efficiency and effectiveness
Ensures system process design and automation are capable of meeting business requirements
Strive to implement and maintain globally consistent processes
Focus on continuous improvement opportunities in processes and design
Leverage/extend systems platform and functionality to cover new business cases
Represent general interests and cross functional awareness of systems functionality
Ensure system compliance with Tax/Legal/Regulatory requirements
Understand and facilitate governance structure
**Job Role Responsibilities**:
Provide support to business lines/services lines and act as focal point to coordinate system issue resolution
Interface with systems governance bodies, and support user networks and power users
Review and endorse system change requests
Assess business needs. Prioritize break fix and system enhancements with IT and business lines/service lines
Shape requirements and facilitate testing
Promote best practices
Maintain system risk assessment and implement control report changes, as needed, to maintain effective control measures
Support Unit Internal Assessment (UIAs) and Audits
Provide system and business process input to project activities
