Their work directs and influences the future of everything Electrolux does, drawing the lines to the solutions that shape living for the better around the world.What you’ll do:Reporting to the Global Procurement Director, you will support activities with specific focus on LATAM, you will drive cross functional initiatives and you will be responsible for categories in the area of packaging, lables, tapes and other chemical products (from budget to strategy definition, from finding cost improvement to following up running business, complexity reduction, supplier consolidation, and all new business awarding).In detail, you will:- Managing the business strategically with the objective to leverage, promote complexity reduction, modularization, cost performance and innovation driving and ensuring productivity targets using LTA;- Drive massive RFQ processes locally and comparing at global level;- Demonstrate ability to develop and retain strong supplier relationships with 360 degrees approach (focusing on cost, quality, delivery, sustainability, risk management, innovation…) and extensive negotiation skills;- Working in collaboration with Product Line Purchasing and Business Area Purchasing to build and deploy a category strategy that aligns all Product Line and Business Areas requirements supporting new project timing execution and matching with company targets;- Manage relationships/partnerships with cross functional teams and internal stakeholders in Latin America business area;- Responsible of Budget definition and implementation, Cost Model, NOWC extension, supplier base definition and new project awarding;- Manage and evaluate contractual agreement terms to ensure compliance;- Address and support resolution to supplier driven performance issues as well as activities on supplier development and improvement projects.As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).Who you are:You have:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Management or a related field (Master's is a plus);- Experience in progressive strategic sourcing, category management or equivalent;- Ability to work with key stakeholders in global locations and at various levels, and as well as target oriented;- Ability to manage large data sets, and convert to actionable information/intelligence/actions;- Fluent English.Where you'll be:You will be based at the Curitiba administrative office.
