This role involves collaboration with internal teams to ensure effective strategy execution.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement strategies to strengthen brand identity and recognition.Analyze trends, competition, and consumer behavior to make informed decisions.Oversee the creation of advertising and digital marketing campaigns aligned with brand values.Manage resources allocated for brand promotion and communication.Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure coherence in brand strategy.Evaluate the impact of strategies through data analysis and KPIs.What We Are Looking ForDegree in business administration, economics, or engineering.At least 5 years of experience in marketing roles.Excellent analytical skills, including P&L management and brand performance analysis.High proficiency in English.Knowledge of data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.Excellent interpersonal skills.Deep understanding of digital marketing.Leadership and negotiation skills.Our commitment to Diversity & InclusionAt Campari Group, we believe in building value together and see diversity as a source of enrichment.
