Description:
Recruit solid information technology and engineering professionals in different countries, such as Brazil, Colombia, United States, Mexico, Canada, etc.
* Execute sourcing and engagement strategies designed to identify qualified active and passive candidates through various sourcing channels.
* Develop and maintain a network of contacts to identify qualified, diverse, and talented candidates; maintain current market knowledge and external trends.
* Build and maintain meaningful and trusted relationships that result in dynamic hiring candidate experiences.
* Work on the job description and job posting for each assigned open requirement to be able to post on social media and job boards.
* Execute the full life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, presenting candidates, and negotiating offers.
* Execute recruitment plan by aggressively recruiting for well-qualified candidates from a variety of sources, managing selection process to include interviewing, assessing candidates, screening, research, cold calling, and filling the staffing needs within the defined service and performance criteria.
* Maintain the data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System.
Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree preferred.
* 3 to 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and sourcing across multiple types of roles and functions.
* Experience recruiting for US-based clients within nearshore LATAM delivery models.
* Previous IT Recruiting experience is highly desirable.
* Ability to work well in a team environment and maximize team performance, while maintaining a working environment that’s fun and professionally rewarding.
* Experience with use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Microsoft Office (e.g, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), career portals and AI Tools.
* Experience leveraging AI tools to optimize sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.
* Demonstrate responsibility by independently managing tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high-quality work standards in a remote environment.
* High level of emotional intelligence and candidate experience focus.
* Ability to balance and manage many simultaneous competing priorities with multiple profiles.
* Ability to work independently and make decisions with limited information.
* High level of resilience and ability to stay focused and solution-oriented in challenging hiring processes.
