Agile Facilitator
Spearhead the success of our agile teams by facilitating major events, managing program-level cadence, and promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
* Organize and execute PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt sessions with precision.
* Maintain the ART calendar to ensure smooth execution of projects.
* Cultivate lean-agile principles among teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners.
Diligently identify, track, and resolve impediments and risks. Optimize the flow of value across the ART and manage dependencies and architectural runway.
* Excellent facilitation and coordination skills are essential for seamless event execution.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills link business strategy to technical execution effectively.
A successful Agile Facilitator will have experience with JIRA and appreciate Salesforce knowledge but it's not mandatory.
