Job Title: IT Support Analyst Contract 3M
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. As an IT Support Analyst, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our employees.
The ideal candidate will have a strong process and project orientation, with the ability to work efficiently individually and as part of a larger team.
Your adaptability and knowledge of various technologies will enable you to tackle a wide range of technical issues, from system and application problems to hardware issues.
You will be responsible for analyzing complex issues, developing effective solutions, and troubleshooting problems.
A key aspect of this role is keeping customers informed about ticket progress, working remotely with customers to resolve problems, and utilizing internal and external resources to find and implement solutions.
In addition, you will be responsible for consistently updating the ticket tracking system and properly escalating issues when necessary.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Key Requirements
* An Associate's Degree in Information Systems or an equivalent program, or proven track record of IT experience.
* Knowledge delivering IT solutions within a corporate environment.
* Experience working in mixed Mac and Windows environments.
* Additional skills including experience in the Advertising and/or Marketing industry and centrally managed computer environments are a plus.
