The Job Overview

5. Select furniture pairings, color palettes, and décor elements to create balanced, compelling room settings.
6. Provide clear creative briefs and feedback to ensure renders meet styling and brand standards.
7. Work closely with marketing and product teams to align visuals with campaign goals and seasonal launches.

What We're Looking For
* 3+ years of experience in interior design, styling, or creative direction (ecommerce or furniture focus preferred).
* Strong knowledge of interior trends, design aesthetics, and consumer preferences in North American markets.
* Proven ability to create mood boards, style guides, and visual concepts.
* Experience collaborating with 3D rendering teams or digital visualization workflows.
* Excellent communication and feedback skills, with fluency in English for collaboration with North American teams.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple styling projects simultaneously.
