About the OpportunityWe're seeking a Sales professional to drive growth in LATAM.
You will sell nutraceutical ingredients to the dietary supplement and functional food & beverage industries, building a high-quality pipeline and long-term customer relationships.This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter comfortable working remotely with excellent territory / time management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow key accounts across LATAM, fostering senior-level relationships with brand owners, CDMOs / contract manufacturers, and distributors.
Develop and execute country- and segment-level business plans to capture new revenue streams.
Present nutraceutical ingredients to customers, clearly articulating benefits, applications, and go-to-market strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify white space and protect share.
Meet and exceed quarterly / annual sales targets with accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM hygiene.
Represent the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
Provide technical / product support to customers in coordination with internal teams.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regional regulations and standards (e.g., ANVISA, COFEPRIS, INVIMA).
