Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce professional to lead projects and deliver exceptional solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
The successful candidate will lead the full software development life cycle (SDLC) of Salesforce projects, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and owning the SDLC of Salesforce projects;
* Collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams;
* Designing and implementing customized solutions on the Salesforce platform;
* Managing offshore teams and supporting existing Salesforce applications;
* Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers;
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Proven experience leading Salesforce projects through the full SDLC;
* Expertise in Apex, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), Visualforce, SOAP/REST APIs, and Salesforce declarative tools;
* Strong background in Salesforce Vlocity development, particularly with EPC/CPQ, CLM, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and IPs;
* Experience managing offshore teams and supporting existing Salesforce applications;
* Ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers;
