ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Support day-to-day administrative activities within the Logistics department; Organize and maintain physical and digital files and documents; Assist with completing and monitoring spreadsheets and reports; Enter and update information in internal systems; Support process control and follow-up of operational tasks; Assist with sending and receiving emails; Help manage logistics documentation (e.g., invoices, AWBs, BLs, etc.); Assist with basic shipment tracking and deadline monitoring; Provide support to internal teams as needed and according to business demands. OTHER SKILLS/ABILITIES: Skill in use of MS Office; Dependability and ability to follow instructions; Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail; Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, planning and organizational skills.
