Job Description
As a senior product designer, you will lead end-to-end product design processes. This includes discovery and research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity user interface design.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions;
* Design intuitive interfaces for complex products, focusing on usability, scalability, and performance;
* Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions and optimize user experience;
* Collaborate with stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives, technical constraints, and customer needs;
* Mentor junior designers and provide design critique and feedback within the team.
