Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to align business opportunities with talent solutions. Manage and update CRM tools and commercial pipelines. Prepare presentations, proposals, and commercial reports. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Contribute to business growth strategies and account development initiatives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields. 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, recruitment, or customer-facing roles. Advanced English level (B2/C1) – mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Commercial mindset with negotiation abilities. Organized, proactive, and results-oriented profile. Ability to work in a fast-paced and international environment. Experience with CRM tools is a plus. Nice to Have Experience in consulting, IT services, or recruitment environments.
