About the Role At Cambay, our Full Stack Builders take client solutions end-to-end – combining architecture, development, AI integration, and user experience to deliver what traditionally required a team of 5–10 specialists.
As a Full Stack Builder in the AI Practice, you will own the complete solution lifecycle for client engagements. Using AI-powered development tools and the Azure ecosystem, you will design, build, and ship solutions that solve real enterprise problems. This is not a generalist role – it’s a new category of consulting professional who leverages AI to amplify their capabilities across the entire delivery stack.
Key Responsibilities • End-to-End Delivery – Own client solutions from discovery through deployment – you are responsible for the complete delivery lifecycle within your pod engagements • AI-Powered Development – Leverage Git Hub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, and custom AI agents to accelerate development across spec writing, design, architecture, and code • Azure Architecture – Design and implement scalable solutions using Azure services – App Service, Functions, Cosmos DB, Azure AI, Container Apps, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365 • User Experience – Create user experiences using modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js) with AI-assisted prototyping and design systems • AI Integration – Embed Azure Open AI, Cognitive Services, Copilot Studio agents, and custom AI features into client solutions • Client Engagement – Participate in client discovery, contribute to solution estimation and SOWs, and communicate technical approaches to non-technical stakeholders • Ship & Iterate – Deploy to production on client Azure tenants, configure monitoring, gather feedback, and iterate based on real-world usage • Cross-Practice Collaboration – Work within Cambay’s Hub-and-Spoke model, collaborating with domain specialists in Modern Work, D365, and Data & Analytics practices
Required Qualifications Technical Foundation • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Type Script, Python, C# preferred)
• Experience building and deploying applications on Azure (or equivalent cloud platform)
• Understanding of modern web development (React, APIs, databases)
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, integration patterns, and Azure AI services
• Experience with Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365 integration is a strong plus
Consulting & Delivery Mindset • Comfort working directly with enterprise clients – discovery sessions, demos, technical walkthroughs
• Ability to work across multiple concurrent engagements within pod structures
• Demonstrated ability to identify client problems and translate them into implementable solutions
• Track record of shipping solutions that deliver measurable business value
AI-Native Working Style • Active use of AI coding assistants (Git Hub Copilot, Codex, Claude Code, etc.) as part of daily workflow
• Comfort with rapid experimentation and learning new tools under delivery timelines
• Curiosity to explore how AI can amplify your capabilities and accelerate client delivery
Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Azure, Microsoft Foundry platform and Agent 365
• Familiarity with Copilot Studio agent development
• Azure certifications (AI Engineer Associate, Developer Associate, Solutions Architect)
• Experience with design tools (Figma) or AI-assisted prototyping
• Healthcare, financial services, or government domain experience
• Background in consulting, professional services, or agency delivery environments
