A leading luxury resort group is seeking an experienced Regional Project Manager to oversee the development, refurbishment, and capital-works delivery of multiple high-end resort properties across the Caribbean for a publicly listed global hotel brand.
This senior role requires full lifecycle project leadership, from strategic planning through to delivery, across multiple luxury resorts. The successful candidate will manage cross-functional teams, direct contractors and project consultants, and act as the primary liaison between shareholders, development leadership, and on-property teams. The position involves significant on-site coordination and requires exceptional ability to manage deadlines, budgets, and quality across a multi-property portfolio.
The assignment is on a permanent basis with full international relocation support, including housing.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the lead representative for shareholders and senior leadership, overseeing end-to-end project delivery across multiple resort properties.
Lead, coordinate, and manage all construction and development activities from early planning through to practical completion.
Oversee and evaluate contractors, consultants, and technical teams; ensure project milestones, budgets, timelines, and quality standards are met.
Coordinate regionally with internal stakeholders, property leadership teams, and external partners.
Manage logistics and procurement across a multi-site/Caribbean environment.
Ensure regulatory compliance, permitting adherence, quality assurance, and risk mitigation across all sites.
Provide regular reporting and portfolio-level progress updates to senior executives and stakeholders.
Establish long-term development and refurbishment timelines for future phases of work.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
Professional construction or project-management accreditation strongly preferred (RIBA, RICS, PMP, CIOB, etc.).
Demonstrated experience delivering hospitality, resort, hotel, or large-scale mixed-use construction projects.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in remote or international locations.
Ability to relocate to the Caribbean for a 2-year assignment; extensions or additional contracts are highly likely.
Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and cross-cultural communication skills.
