These products are distributed through two channels: Hedging Solutions and Financial Products.The Client Services Executive will be based in Brazil within the Marex Hedging Solutions Division.
The role primarily involves supporting the sales team during the client onboarding process, conducting periodic reviews, and managing the lifecycle of client relationships and transactions.
It is a client-facing role.The scope includes all asset classes and client types under the current HS mandate.Responsibilities:Manage the KYC process for new client onboarding and periodic reviews within Marex Hedging Solutions.Coordinate with prospective clients and Sales to gather required documentation for onboarding to the MS platform; perform periodic reviews and update KYC data.Serve as a key contact for client support activities, liaising with internal teams such as Operations, Margins, Treasury, Compliance, and Legal.Develop understanding of key systems and processes across Marex Solutions.Resolve client issues efficiently.Coordinate lifecycle activities like account opening/closing, KYC reviews, mandate changes, operational setup, SSIs, and Agile processes.Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience.Communicate with clients and Marex's anti-financial crime team regarding sanctions and AML queries.Assist with daily account management activities including expiries, reconciliations, settlements, wire transfers, and margin calls.Ensure compliance with FCA regulatory requirements.Adhere to operational risk frameworks and internal policies.Demonstrate integrity and reflect company values.Report policy breaches and escalate risks as necessary.Contribute to risk management processes.Skills and Experience:Experience in onboarding/KYC procedures and regulations in the UK, under EMIR/MIFID.Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients.Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams such as KYC, QC, EDD, FC, Legal, Credit, and Sales.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal systems.Experience in a regulated environment with knowledge of risk and compliance standards.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Team-oriented, approachable, self-sufficient, and influential.Resilient in a fast-paced environment.Skilled in relationship building, networking, and influencing.Strategic, agile, and proactive in addressing future challenges.Conduct Rules:Act with integrity and due skill, care, and diligence.Cooperate with regulators such as FCA and PRA.Prioritize customer interests and market conduct standards.Company Values:Respect – Clients are at the core; fair treatment and superior service are fundamental.Integrity – Upholding high ethical standards in all dealings.Collaborative – Open communication and teamwork are essential.Developing our People – Investing in talent and career growth.Adaptable and Nimble – Responsive to changing needs and conditions.Marex is committed to diversity and inclusion, valuing the differences a diverse workforce brings.
