Job Summary
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations & Sales Support Specialist based in São Paulo, SP, with opportunities to work from home.
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and numbers-driven professional to join our Retail Media agency. You will be the backbone of our daily operations, bridging the gap between sales, finance, and administration. If you love Excel, thrive in fast-paced environments, and enjoy optimizing processes, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
* Sales Support: Assist the sales team with media kit preparation, proposal drafting, and CRM management.
* Operational Excellence: Manage the end-to-end workflow of retail media campaigns, ensuring all assets and data points are aligned.
* Financial & Admin: Handle billing processes, track accounts receivable/payable, and maintain organized financial records.
* Data & Reporting: Create and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets to track KPIs, sales performance, and campaign delivery.
* Cross-border Communication: Liaise with international partners or clients in English/Spanish to resolve operational or financial queries.
Qualifications
* Languages: Full professional proficiency in English or Spanish.
* Hard Skills: Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas are a must).
* Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate numbers into actionable insights and spot discrepancies in financial reports.
* Soft Skills: Proactivity,\ "problem-solver\" attitude, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines without losing quality.
* Experience: Previous experience in Advertising Agencies, Retail, or Fintech/Admin roles is highly valued.
