We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Talent Development Partner to support the establishment of our newly formed Talent Development function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact learning solutions that drive measurable business results.
Job Description:
As a Talent Development Partner, you will collaborate closely with leaders to understand their desired development outcomes, time constraints, and needs. You will leverage this knowledge to craft relevant, engaging learning content that drives measurable growth. This will involve working with cross-functional teams to design and develop multimedia-rich asynchronous learning content using tools like Articulate, as well as serving as the operational owner for our LMS system.
Key responsibilities include:
* Deeply collaborating with leaders to translate team development needs into compelling, practical learning experiences driving measurable growth.
* Designing and developing engaging, multimedia-rich asynchronous learning content using tools like Articulate.
* Serving as the go-to operational owner for the LMS system, curating and maintaining a dynamic, streamlined training catalog.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* 3-5 years of experience driving the development of L&D initiatives in a high-growth startup or late-stage tech environment.
* Experience leveraging LMS systems like Docebo, e-learning platforms, intranet solutions, and instructional design tools like Articulate to deliver impactful learning experiences.
* Exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-centric approach to building relationships and delivering outstanding service to stakeholders.
* Proven ability to analyze training metrics, evaluate impact, and translate findings into actionable recommendations to enhance learning solutions.
