WhatYou’ll Bring: We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills: - Graduated in accounting or related fields; - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Financial/Administrative Analyst; - Excellent working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office programs as well as a sound understanding of system dependencies; - Excellent level of numeracy, with demonstrable evidence of manipulating data clearly and accurately with the ability to extract & clearly articulate key points; - Able to organize self-including effective scheduling, prioritization and time management skills, completing tasks to tight deadlines. Demonstrates a ‘can do’ attitude; - Comfortable taking ownership for own work, identifying the need for action (using initiative) whilst working effectively within a team; - Displays a resilient and adaptable style, track record of remaining calm in demanding circumstances, adjusting comfortably to changing conditions / priorities; - Self-starter who is solution orientated and who has the ability to work within a matrix-organized team environment with multi-cultural backgrounds and experiences; - Independently develops, communicates and oversees the execution of solutions to resolve issues persistently within a large and complex group of companies; - Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal clients and customers; - Intermediate English level.
