Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Partner Success Specialist to join our team. As a Partner Success Specialist, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our partners, ensuring a smooth onboarding process, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
* Foster long-term relationships with partners through personal and online meetings.
* Act as a trusted advisor for partners on business matters related to Wialon.
* Lead the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a seamless start within our ecosystem.
* Monitor partner compliance with our community policies and rules.
* Develop a deep understanding of partners' businesses, market specifics, and unique needs.
* Support partners in migrating their customers to Wialon, ensuring smooth transitions.
Requirements:
* Bachelor degree.
* Experience in sales or customer service roles in IT sphere.
* Full professional proficiency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish at a working fluent level.
* Excellent memory, developed logical thinking, and the ability to analyze information.
