Therefore feel free to “try before you apply” by visiting our VI-P Guide, which includes our values, how we operate, how we build our packages, and a few other snippets of who we are!Your RoleAs a Partnerships Account Manager you will provide world-class support to a growing portfolio of university partners, focusing on the US and UK ensuring smooth onboarding & seamless program implementation, encouraging program adoption and success, and you wil be responsible for delivering recurring & increasing revenues through partnership renewals and expansion.As the primary contact for your partnerships, your role will cover the full spectrum of account management and customer success.You will be a detail-orientated “end-to-end” operator that can do both strategy AND execution (more on that later!).What You’ll Be DoingAccount Management (70%):Partnership SupportManage a portfolio of university programs with a focus on client successCollaborate with partners to plan the program logistics, ensuring our systems are up-to-date to allow delivery teams to meet client expectationsLiaise with internal stakeholders at each stage of program delivery - strong communication skills are essential.Student Support and RecruitmentWork with our partners to create marketing collateral to share with students and faculty to promote programs.Deliver virtual informational sessions to faculty and studentsWork with university partners to foster relationships with participants and alumni of the program, growing the number of global ambassadors at partner universitiesMarketing and CommunicationsWork with digital teams and marketing colleagues to create co-branded marketing materials for custom programsSupport thought-leadership and development delivering webinars and sessions about Virtual InternshipsProgram ReportingWork within our CRM, our new tech platform, and with the Company Experience team to deliver high-quality reports to all partners on a set or ad hoc basisConduct thorough evaluations of each program following their closeCreate post-program reports with the aim of renewing and growing our partnerships with clientsBusiness development duties (20%):Contract Renewals and Expansion (Growth)Ensure sustainable growth within your client base, expanding programs to new faculty or departments. KPIs are structured around expansions and growth.Work to build a working relationship with your university contacts to build a stronger and more targeted recruitment pipeline to drive interest in our programsEnsure positive program support to build contract renewals which will require contract negotiations and renewal of program fees and inclusionsConference Attendance and PlanningAttend in-person and virtual conferences as well as supporting the submission of session proposals with partnersAssist entire Partnerships teams in preparing for conferencesGeneral Tasks (10%):Market research - ensuring we are always in the know about the market, market trends and sector insightsData management in our CRM systemsSupport of Partnerships team on global projectsWho We're Looking ForYour AttributesYou are highly organized.
