Position Overview: Focus, Scope, & Impact: - Lead the deployment of Commercial Capabilities. - Lead the implementation of a winning PICOS for all the relevant channels aligned with the OU. - Lead Prospection, CCRM and Market Assets frameworks. - Collaborate with the implementation of VTM initiatives. - Help secure resources necessary to locally address, generate and implement value-creating solutions that meets customer and bottlers needs and drive beverage category’s incidence, profit and volume. - Reinforces the cultural transformation to enable the network organization to succeed across the system. Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities: Work Focus: - To succeed, the role requires a strong combination of analytical and executional capabilities, strong Consumer - and Customer understanding, as well as a hands-on mentality. - The role will be wired closely in a networked approach with Senior Leaders and Operators in the Zone as well as our Bottling Partners. - Ability to drive cross-functional support and cross-system alignment, not least leading and smoothly running execution alignment and collaboration to ensure that OU strategies are fully owned by GMs Related Work Experience: - 10 years of leadership experience in Commercial Operations with strong skills in Channel Strategy and execution across channels (Traditional and Modern Trade). - Proven strategic and analytical skills as well as outstanding interpersonal, communication and influencing abilities. - Ability to make things happen and inspire. Functional Skills: Key Knowledge Requirements: Mastery Of _(required)_: - Commercial Execution - Channel Strategy - Capabilities (RTM) - Category Management - System Economics Broad Expertise In _(Good to Have)_: - Franchise Leadership - Customer Management - Value to Market - Supply Chain - RGM Communication Focus: - Communicate with internal stakeholders and and Bottling partners - Internal: Interfaces Commercial Leadership with Franchise Leadership at the Zones at various levels of the organization - System: Communication to support Franchise Leadership on Commercial strategies/capabilities alignment and implementation, KO System strategic direction/ priorities and performance with Bottler representatives Pay Range Not Available
