The successful candidate will have experience working with Commission Junction or similar tools and be familiar with BrandVerity or similar platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as intermediate experience with Excel/GSheets and MS Office.
This role requires attention to detail, with the ability to work effectively in any US timezone or a graveyard/night shift schedule in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and capable of delivering quality work on time.

Key Responsibilities:
* Performance Reporting: Download and prepare performance reports using our proprietary analytics tool for End of Week (EOW), End of Month (EOM), and End of Year (EOY) deliverables.
* Compliance Monitoring: Conduct weekly checks of affiliate sites for valid and invalid promotion codes, sending templated emails to partners in violation.
* Outreach for Corrections: Send outbound templated emails to partners requesting corrections for compliance violations.
* BrandVerity Checks: Perform semi-weekly BrandVerity checks to monitor for trademark infringements and follow up with violators via templated emails.
* KPI Oversight: Check client KPIs daily, comparing them to defined guardrails and flagging any discrepancies to the Account Manager.
* Monthly Recaps: Process monthly voids and edits, compiling a comprehensive recap for internal review.
* Publisher Outreach: Assist in building publisher lists by researching contacts for our provided list of publishers.
