This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership and clients. The successful candidate will also possess native fluency in Portuguese, fluent English language skills, and a strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and self-assured professional presence.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the primary point of contact between our organization and clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality recruitment services.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, offering strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations.
* Oversee the performance of the recruitment delivery team, ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
* Analyze operational data and identify trends to proactively solve issues and drive improvements in recruiting processes.
* Influence and guide the team toward achieving delivery goals and maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction.
* Present insights, updates, and reports to both internal and client-side leadership in a confident and compelling manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

* 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition.
* Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms, especially in client-facing or manager-facing roles.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership and clients.
* Native Portuguese, fluent English language skills, and Spanish is a plus.
* Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and self-assured professional presence.
* Ability to analyze operational challenges, identify risks/opportunities, and implement strategic solutions.
* Proven ability to lead or influence recruitment teams toward high performance and successful delivery.
