Job Role
* As a consultant, you will be instrumental in driving customer success by combining your expertise with business development activities. Your primary focus will be on consultative engagement, solution-oriented selling, and collaborative account management.
* You will facilitate onboarding sessions for our customers, provide guidance to help them maximize the value of our solutions, and build strong relationships across multiple levels within their organizations.
* Your responsibilities will include identifying opportunities to grow, retain, and cross-sell within existing accounts, developing a pipeline of new business opportunities, conducting prospecting activities, and delivering compelling presentations.
* You will also support marketing activities such as workshops, seminars, and industry events, represent our brand at conferences and trade shows, and maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities in CRM (Salesforce).
* In addition, you will provide regular progress updates on engagement metrics and deliverables.
