They support founders through a combination of digital marketing, branding, and growth strategies, acting as a hands-on extension of their teams. Their work spans across paid media, social media growth, email and SMS marketing, product development, branding, and performance marketing, helping build impactful consumer brands in the wellness space. Role Overview We are looking for 2 Senior Design Leads who can both lead creative direction and execute high-quality design work hands-on. This role requires someone who is highly organized, fast-moving, and performance-oriented, with strong experience in agency environments and a deep understanding of marketing-driven design. You will play a key role in shaping brand identities and executing creative across multiple channels. Responsibilities Lead and execute design across multiple channels: Branding & visual identity systems Packaging design (CPG-focused) Paid media creatives (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) Email marketing design (campaigns & lifecycle) Translate brand strategy into high-performing visual assets Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints Collaborate with marketing, growth, and creative teams Manage multiple projects simultaneously with quick turnaround times Provide guidance and feedback to other designers when needed Qualifications Must-Have 5+ years of experience in design (agency experience strongly preferred) Strong portfolio showcasing
