Key Account Sales Manager in LATAM
The successful candidate will drive business growth across Latin America by selling nutraceutical ingredients to the dietary supplement and functional food & beverage industries.
This is a leadership role that requires effective management and nurturing of key accounts across LATAM, fostering strong relationships with brand owners, CDMOs/contract manufacturers, and distributors.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute country- and segment-level territory plans to capture new business opportunities.
* Present nutraceutical ingredients to customers, clearly articulating benefits, applications, and go-to-market strategies.
* Collaborate with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify white space and protect market share.
* Meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets with accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM hygiene practices.
* Represent the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
* Provide technical/product support to customers in coordination with internal teams.
The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of B2B sales experience in nutraceutical ingredients within LATAM, strong knowledge of regulations (e.g., ANVISA, COFEPRIS, INVIMA), and proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools.
