We are seeking an upbeat, motivated, and articulate SDR e to join our team as an outbound, B2B, Sales Development Representative (Pre-Sales) with a focus on Cold Calling.
The candidate will be responsible for scheduling meetings with prospective Business customers via cold telephone outreach. Qualified candidates should be self-starters with a proven track record of success. This role is 80% telephone outreach, so they should be comfortable with cold calling.
This is a full-time, remote position: 8 am – 5 pm ET, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
* Outbound B2B appointment setting via telephone in English.
* Convince cold B2B business prospects to come to a meeting with an Account Executive.
* Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of meetings held.
Requirements:
* Expert Fluency in English for business prospecting.
* Naturally articulate, outgoing, and convincing person.
* Passionate about Cold outreach to prospects via Telephone
* Passion for developing a career in sales.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Desired:
* 1+ years of experience as an outbound SDR doing cold calling. (Software/IT/Saas a plus).
* Demonstrated success in meeting monthly targets.
