About the Role
This is a leadership position that requires strong communication skills, executive presence, and confidence in handling complex customer situations. As a Customer Success Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving consumption planning and execution, accelerating cloud adoption, and providing cross-engagement oversight.
You will partner with customers and internal stakeholders to align the consumption plan with the account plan, leading the delivery execution and support team. Your key accountabilities include:
1. Partnering with customers and the account team to drive prioritized programs that deliver outcomes across all solution areas.
2. Being accountable for the development and execution of the internal and customer-facing aspects of the cross-cloud consumption plan.
3. Engaging customer sponsors and managing relationships to drive the execution of the support coverage model, consumption roadmap, and delivery execution oversight.
4. Leveraging technology knowledge to identify and propose outcomes related to the deployment and health of customer solutions and workloads.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in complex technical engagement management and/or program management, preferably in a Cloud and software/services solution focused role. They will possess strong leadership skills, including executive presence, confidence, and excellent communication skills.
