1. Attend to maintenance service orders for agricultural machinery and equipment, following procedures guided by management and manufacturers, ensuring good customer relations and prioritizing machine performance.
2. Perform diagnostics, repairs, assembly, and testing of equipment requiring maintenance.
3. Guide customers on safety, preservation, and maintenance of equipment.
4. Monitor the delivery and pickup of machines between the store and clients.
