About this role:
* We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to own overall relationships with customers, identifying key stakeholders and building trusted advisor relationships.
* As the primary point of contact, you will enable successful and consistent communication to maintain existing revenue, identify and execute on new growth opportunities with customers in support of the Sales team.
Responsibilities include:
* Achieving strong customer satisfaction and success through proactive issue resolution and timely response to inquiries.
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and services to effectively upsell and cross-sell to clients.
* Collaborating with internal teams to translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product development and improvement.
About you:
* You have 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or related customer-facing roles within a rapidly growing organization.
* You possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to think strategically, problem solve, and prioritize work initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
