MISSIONThe Digital Creative (Social-First) develops creative ideas and concepts for digital and social platforms, ensuring they align with brand strategy and communication goals. The role combines conceptual thinking, digital culture knowledge, and strategic insight to create relevant ideas for social environments.They collaborate with strategy, content, accounts, and production teams to develop campaigns, activations, and content, contributing to the creation and evolution of ideas throughout the creative process.JOB FUNCTIONSDevelop social-first creative ideas and concepts aligned with brand strategy and communication objectives.Actively participate in brainstorms and ideation processes, contributing innovative ideas based on cultural trends and platform dynamics.Conceptualize digital campaigns, social activations, and content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other emerging platforms.Collaborate with strategy, account, and content teams to transform insights and business objectives into relevant creative ideas.Apply a deep understanding of social platforms, including their codes, formats, and interaction dynamics, to maximize content relevance.Contribute strategic thinking to the creative development process, ensuring ideas solve real communication challenges, not just aesthetic executions.Work alongside designers, content creators, and production teams to bring ideas from concept to execution.Adapt creative concepts to different formats, platforms, and cultural moments.Stay constantly updated on cultural trends, emerging formats, and the evolution of social platforms.Begin to guide and support more junior profiles within the creative process when needed.SKILLS REQUIREMENTSDegree in Advertising, Communication, Creativity, or related fields.Experience working in creative or advertising agencies.Experience developing creative ideas for digital and social media campaigns.Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills.Deep understanding of social platforms and digital culture, such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.Ability to interpret strategic briefs and translate them into relevant creative ideas.Experience participating in ideation processes and campaign development.Strong presentation and communication skills.Intermediate level of English.BENEFITSWork with top global brands.Be part of a creative, ambitious, and passionate team.
