- Work with Operation Lead from custumer to identify project needs and produce specifications for the system requirement and contribute to process re-engineering according to strategic direction and business plan;
- Liaising directly with request makers /process owners in order to translate and prioritize requirements;
- Negotiate and agree scope and time scales with the business users and IT to achieve best possible;
- Provide solutions to support the delivery of user requirements right first time;
- Provide support for the implementation of new/changed systems to ensure outputs are delivered to time and quality;
- Facilitate review meetings and ensure best practice is applied at all times;
- Establish detailed acceptance test procedures, coordinate and conduct joint testing with end users, provide users training and document user procedures;
- Overcome challenges faced during Business Analysis;
- Manage Stakeholders Availability for requirements, Frequently Changing Requirements, Freezing Requirements, Translating requirements for Developers, Change Management;
- Facilitate digital transformation in an organization by extracting technical requirements from the needs of stakeholders and translating technical questions and complexities into language business stakeholders can understand so they can make decisions to move projects forward.
