About the role
We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst specializing in Tableau to support data-driven decision-making processes. The role involves creating advanced dashboards, data visualizations, and reports using Tableau, with Power BI experience considered a plus. You\'ll leverage SQL expertise to prepare datasets, distill complex information into actionable insights, and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
Must haves
* 4 years of experience in Business Intelligence / Analyst roles
* Tableau Server / Cloud : Advanced skills in building dashboards, data visualizations, and reporting
* SQL : Expertise in querying databases to prepare datasets for visualization tools
* Data Storytelling : Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders
* Upper-Intermediate English level
Nice to have
* Power BI experience
* Familiarity with Snowflake cloud data warehouse
* Proficiency in Tableau Server for publishing dashboards
* Strong analytical skills
* Strong communication skills for presenting findings

Requirements
2+ years of experience in database engineering with a focus on PostgreSQL; Experience in data modeling, creating queries, functions, and ETL code; Proven experience in designing, maintaining, and optimizing complex relational database systems; Strong knowledge of SQL performance tuning, indexing strategies, and query optimization; Experience with schema design for scalable and maintainable systems; Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and deliver with minimal supervision; Solid understanding of data integrity, backups, and replication strategies; Familiarity with CI / CD practices in relation to database change management; Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written); Willingness to work with 6–7 hours of overlap with US Central Time.
