This position will be responsible for map development management and providing production support as required. You’ll manage the plans and technology roadmaps and provide support for core software, data and EDI infrastructure components within the B2B integration team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the design, developing, and implementing of EDI solutions in support of new customer launches and existing business with CL and Ports and Terminals. Should have experience of EDIFACT, X12, XML, CSV, VDA, IDOC mapping.Key AccountabilitiesEDI Setups, mapping, Envelope configsCommunication with multiple business users on Sterling Integrator mappingsMaking changes to existing partner EDI setups to meet internal and external requirementsDesign, develop and implement solutions based on standards and processesDiagnose and troubleshoot complex issues, restore services, and perform root cause analysisKnowledge of various protocols like AS2, SFTP, FTPS, MQ, OFTP, API etc.Knowledge about ssl certificates, ssh key, pgp encryptionUnix/Linux operating systems. SQL query with Oracle DBMicrosoft tools – Word, Excel, and Point (maybe with an IT position, this experience with MS tools is an assumed skill)Strong experience in EDI Mapping of X12, EDIFACT, XML filesQualifications And ExperienceBachelors degree in Engineering or similar, or equivalent experience5+ years of IT experience3+ years’ experience working with Sterling B2B Integrator, WebSphere MQ, Cleo3+ years’ experience with scripting to enable automation of standard activitiesDemonstrated EDI knowledge about Logistics EDI Transactions for Trucking, Freight, Shipping Lines, Ports and TerminalsExcellent communication and documentation skillsFluent in English and SpanishStrong problem solving and critical thinking skills with a proven record for identifying and diagnosing problems, and solving complex problems with simple, logical solutionsOutstanding verbal, written, presentation, facilitation, and interaction skills, including ability to effectively communicate technical and non-technical issues and concepts to multiple organization levelsAbout Dp WorldTrade is the lifeblood of the global economy, creating opportunities and improving the quality of life for people around the world.
