Sales Development Representative (SDR/BDR) | Remote | Fluent English

Fully Remote | PJ Contract


We are actively hiring a high-performance SDR/BDR to join a fast-growing digital marketing team.


This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on with outbound prospecting, comfortable with automation tools, and capable of turning both inbound and outbound conversations into qualified opportunities.


What you’ll do

* Prospect and generate new business through LinkedIn, cold email, and outbound messaging
* Manage and convert inbound leads from LinkedIn, Meta, and other channels
* Operate outreach automation tools daily (LinkedIn and similar platforms)
* Build and manage prospect lists inside CRM systems
* Qualify leads based on fit, need, and buying potential
* Book meetings with high-quality prospects for the sales team
* Maintain clean and accurate CRM data (activities, follow-ups, pipeline)
* Test and optimize messaging, sequences, and outreach strategies
* Collaborate with sales to improve pipeline performance and conversion rates


Requirements

* Proven experience as SDR, BDR, or similar role
* Hands-on experience with outreach automation tools (MANDATORY)
* Daily use of LinkedIn for prospecting and lead generation
* Experience with digital marketing or marketing agencies
* Strong outbound + inbound communication skills
* Experience qualifying leads and managing follow-ups
* Fluent English (written and spoken)
* Experience with CRM and pipeline management


Nice to have

* Experience with Go HighLevel
* Experience optimizing outbound campaigns and sequences
