Job Description
Our team is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead our service operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining on-call and coverage plans, managing incident processes, defining and monitoring key service metrics, creating and maintaining SOPs/runbooks/triage guides for SRE engineers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* At least five years of experience in a Service Delivery or Managed Services role serving external customers
* Experience with 24/7 or extended-hours operations including on-call or follow-the-sun setups
* A track record of creating or improving SOPs/runbooks/triage guides for first-line/SRE teams
