 
        
        As a seasoned project leader, we are seeking an expert to manage the delivery of digital advertising assets.
Key Responsibilities
 * Coordinate fast-moving digital creative projects with experience in traditional advertising as a bonus.
 * Work closely with the team to deliver assets to clients and liaise between client leads and internal teams to meet milestones.
 * Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating the in- and output of Creative, Copywriting, Design, and Animation teams.
 * Collaborate with the media team, monitor live campaigns, and share insights with the production team to improve outcomes.
 * Balance resources and workload; plan and coordinate to deliver projects on time.
 * Ensure deadlines are met and flag any unattainable milestones early.
 * Brief team members on delivery objectives and keep stakeholders informed on project progress.
 * Schedule, track, and prioritize assignments and ensure the right team members are available to provide a steady flow of work.
Essential Skills
 * Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage relationships with clients.
 * 2–3 years of experience in digital advertising or production; strong stress management and communication with clients and coworkers.
 * Flawless organizational skills with end-to-end project ownership.
 * Ability to manage client and internal team expectations.
 * Knowledge of media plans and capability to launch digital and traditional advertising campaigns.
 * Understanding of the anatomy of display ads and ability to read spec sheets.
 * Proficient communication with clear project updates and actionable next steps.
 * Solid scoping skills translating into accurate timings and resource estimates.
 * Familiarity with post-production of film, image, and animation assets for social media.
 * Upper-intermediate English proficiency; comfortable communicating in English.
