Senior ServiceNow Developer
The role of a Senior ServiceNow Developer is to lead the development and enhancement of our ServiceNow platform.
As a key member of our team, you will have extensive experience with ITOM and a deep understanding of CMDB, Discovery, Integrations, and related ITOM modules.
This is an opportunity to work on complex ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
We are looking for someone who can design, develop, and implement these solutions using their expertise in ServiceNow applications and modules.
Main Responsibilities
* Design and Develop Complex Solutions: You will be responsible for designing and developing complex ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
* Configure and Customize ServiceNow Applications: We need someone who can configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to meet our business requirements.
* Lead Development of Integrations: As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will lead the development of integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
* Mentor Junior Developers: We are looking for someone who can mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
* Ensure Best Practices: It's essential that you ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
* ServiceNow Experience: 5-7 years of ServiceNow development experience with a focus on ITOM is necessary.
* Strong Knowledge: Strong knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Integrations is required.
* Proficient Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow scripting is essential.
* Automation and DevOps: Experience with automation and DevOps practices, familiarity with continuous integration (CI/CD), code versioning tools such as Git, and Agile principles is required.
The salary for this position is $15-$20 per hour USD.
