Data Architect
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support the development of advanced data systems and initiatives within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support business-critical initiatives focused on personalized search experiences and data assimilation.
* Enhance current search and relevance models, making them more tailored to individual users' needs.
* Perform data integration related to athlete journey insights and integrate this information into downstream applications.
* Design, build, and optimize data pipelines in collaboration with the broader technical team.
* Compile, transform, and prepare data for use across multiple business functions.
Required Technical Skills:
* Strong hands-on experience with:
o Python
o Databricks (minimum 2-3 years required)
o Kafka
Experience Requirements:
* 5+ years of overall experience in data engineering or related fields.
* Proven experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable data infrastructure.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in cross-functional technical teams.
