* Proficient in English communication

* Manage project portfolios
* Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes
* Guide teams on Agile Scrum principles and practices

* Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum, SAFe and hands-on experience with Jira/ADO
