Sales Manager Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the travel industry. This individual will be responsible for establishing and executing direct sales strategies with tour operators, travel agencies, and third-party intermediaries to drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of prospecting and relationship-building, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. They will be self-driven, committed to excellence, and a team player who can work effectively in a dynamic environment.

About the Job

* Maximize sales opportunities and drive business growth from assigned territories and accounts.
* Maintain a robust travel schedule of sales trips, trade shows, and hosted FAM trips.
* Lead and manage global sales efforts for travel agencies and tour operators.
* Implement and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
* Participate in weekly calls with the Brazilian team.
* Maintain accurate records of contacts, sales activities, marketing activities, and budget.
* Develop opportunities with airlines for partnerships on FAMs, marketing, and events.
* Conduct product presentations and training to key consortia trade partners.
* Assist clients with sales calls and events.
* Execute all required reporting on time.
* Utilize systems such as Expensify and Salesforce accurately.

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

* A deep understanding of prospecting and relationship-building.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Self-motivation, commitment to excellence, and a team-player mindset.
* Experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and data management tools.
* Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
